M-Sphere is our updated version of an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB). It serves as an integrated network, providing our clients with new customer bases, trading partners, business functionality, and marketplaces that were previously unattainable. Unlike typical ESBs that tend to be linear, M-Sphere is multi-dimensional. It incorporates our proprietary library of core services and our FlexConnect universal adapter technology. Our core services reside in a central repository, and are available to anyone using our network. They include services such as: “any format-to-one format” purchase order submission; inventory information; order visibility; product specifications; risk assessments; account provisioning and activation; medical claims submissions; integration of external partners and “any document-to-any document” translation.
FLexConnect functions as an adapter gateway to M-Sphere, and allows for
the rapid on-boarding of clients
to our network. Currently, many companies need to use different types of data formats for each of
their trading partners, as well as different types of communication. The numerous methods of
communication and data format combinations require manually intensive processes, which are very
expensive and inefficient. With FlexConnect, our clients
are able to interface their
partners and with all our other clients, products, and services in a way that is customized to
suit their needs. It will use our proprietary adapter technology to serve as an interpreter
between our clients who use different data formats.
M-Sphere with FlexConnect technology does the necessary translation to distribute the data in any format or type of communication to the destination, regardless of the number of destinations. Companies
are able to exchange data with multiple trading partners using their preferred data format (XML, EDI, WSDL, etc.), and method of communication, (email, FTP or HTTPS, etc.). FlexConnect allows
for the on-boarding of 100% of our clients, connecting them to trading partners and outsourced business functions, without the need for a tedious integration project.
